These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Innovation Beauty Pro website and to the digital products and services made available through our website and associated platforms.

2. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase and use of our digital products and services.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not place an order through our website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any legal rights that you may have as a consumer which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

3. Our digital products

Innovation Beauty Pro currently provides digital products and services, which may include:

  • online training courses;

  • recorded webinars;

  • live webinars and online events;

  • downloadable PDF files and other digital educational materials;

  • video, audio or other digital educational content;

  • other educational digital products made available through our website.

The exact content, format, duration, method of delivery and access period of each product will be described on the relevant product page or otherwise communicated to you before purchase.

4. Product information

We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and other information on our website are accurate and up to date.

However, educational content may be updated, amended or improved from time to time.

Where a product includes access to content for a specified period, the applicable access period will be stated on the relevant product page or in the information provided before purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital product gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to access and use that product for your own lawful educational purposes.

5. Orders and contract formation

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected digital product.

After placing your order, you will normally receive an automated order confirmation by email.

A contract between you and Innovation Beauty Pro is formed when we accept your order and confirm that the relevant digital product will be supplied to you.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is a genuine reason to do so, including suspected fraud, payment problems, technical errors, incorrect pricing or other circumstances affecting our ability to provide the product.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

6. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are stated in the currency shown at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

Where applicable, taxes or VAT will be handled in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant transaction and customer.

7. Payment

We currently accept payment methods made available through our checkout, which may include:

  • Stripe;

  • PayPal;

  • Klarna;

  • other payment methods displayed at checkout.

Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment providers. We do not generally receive or store your full payment card details.

You must provide accurate and complete information required to process your order.

If a payment is unsuccessful, reversed or otherwise not received, we may suspend or withhold access to the relevant digital product until payment has been successfully completed.

8. Delivery of digital products

Digital products are normally supplied electronically.

Depending on the product, delivery may occur through:

  • immediate access to an online learning platform;

  • an account created or updated after purchase;

  • access to a recorded webinar;

  • access to a live webinar or event at the scheduled time;

  • an email containing access information;

  • a download link;

  • another electronic method described on the relevant product page.

Where a webinar or online event is scheduled for a future date, access to the live event will be provided in accordance with the information displayed at the time of purchase.

Where a recording or other digital content is included, access will be provided when that content becomes available.

9. Access credentials and account security

Where access to a digital product requires an account, login or password, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential.

You must not:

  • share your account credentials with another person;

  • allow another person to access a product purchased for your individual use;

  • sell, transfer or sublicense your access;

  • make your account or purchased content publicly available.

If we reasonably believe that an account or digital product is being shared, copied, distributed or used in breach of these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access.

Where appropriate, we may contact you before taking such action.

10. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in our digital products and educational materials remain with Innovation Beauty Pro and/or the relevant rights holder.

This includes, where applicable:

  • videos;

  • recordings;

  • photographs;

  • graphics;

  • presentations;

  • PDFs;

  • workbooks;

  • course materials;

  • written content;

  • audio content;

  • trademarks and branding;

  • downloadable files;

  • website content.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

Unless we expressly give you written permission, you must not:

  • reproduce our materials for commercial distribution;

  • resell or redistribute our materials;

  • upload our materials to another website or platform;

  • share course access with other people;

  • copy substantial parts of our courses or materials for commercial use;

  • make our paid content available publicly;

  • use our materials to create a competing digital product.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using information and skills that you independently learn from our educational content in your own lawful professional activities.

11. Educational content and results

Our courses, webinars and other educational materials are provided for educational and informational purposes.

We do not guarantee that every customer will achieve a particular business, financial, professional, social media, treatment or other result.

Individual results may vary depending on factors including experience, skills, implementation, market conditions, location, business model and other circumstances outside our control.

Our educational content should not be treated as legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice unless expressly stated otherwise.

12. Cancellation rights for digital content

If you are a consumer in the UK, you may generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period for distance contracts.

However, special rules apply to digital content supplied electronically.

Where you request that digital content is supplied immediately, we may ask you to expressly consent to the supply beginning before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that you will lose your statutory cancellation right once supply begins.

Where the required consent and acknowledgement have been properly obtained and supply of the digital content has begun, your statutory right to cancel the contract for that digital content may no longer apply.

We will provide the relevant information and request the necessary acknowledgement during the purchasing process where applicable.

If the required consent and acknowledgement have not been obtained, we will not rely on the loss-of-cancellation-right exception.

13. Refunds

Where digital content has been supplied immediately after the required express consent and acknowledgement described above have been obtained, we generally do not offer a discretionary refund simply because you have changed your mind or accessed the content.

This does not affect any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If digital content is faulty, does not conform to the contract, is materially different from its description, or you otherwise have a statutory right to a refund, repair, replacement or other remedy, please contact us.

We will assess such requests in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Nothing in this section limits or excludes statutory consumer rights.

14. Problems with digital content

If you experience a technical problem accessing a digital product, please contact us at:

info@innovationbeautypro.co.uk

Please provide sufficient information for us to identify the order and understand the problem.

Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide screenshots, error messages, device information or other relevant technical information.

Where a digital product does not conform to the contract, applicable consumer law may provide you with rights including repair, replacement or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

15. Live webinars and scheduled events

Where you purchase access to a live webinar or scheduled online event, the date and time will be stated on the relevant product page or in your order information.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the date, time, presenter or format of an event where necessary.

If we cancel an event and do not provide a reasonable alternative, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund where required by applicable law.

If a recording is included with the purchase, this will be made available in accordance with the product description.

16. Promotional offers and discounts

From time to time we may offer discounts, promotional codes, special offers or other promotions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where there is a genuine error, misuse, suspected fraud or other reasonable justification.

17. Website use

You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly.

You must not:

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;

  • introduce malicious software;

  • scrape or systematically copy substantial website content without permission;

  • use the website for fraudulent purposes;

  • use our website in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

18. Third-party platforms and services

Some digital products may be delivered through third-party platforms or services.

These may include learning platforms, video hosting services, payment providers, email providers or other technology providers.

Your use of such platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for independent services provided by third parties, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

19. Availability and technical issues

We will take reasonable steps to keep our website and digital products available.

However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, internet or hosting issues, third-party platform failures or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a third-party service is required to provide access to a purchased product, we will take reasonable steps to address problems that are within our control.

20. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

This includes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, we will not be responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from matters outside our reasonable control.

Where you purchase a product for business purposes rather than as a consumer, our liability may be subject to additional limitations to the extent permitted by applicable law.

21. Business customers

If you purchase our products in the course of your trade, business, craft or profession, you may be treated as a business customer rather than a consumer.

Certain statutory consumer protections may therefore not apply.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any legal protection that applies to you.

22. Events outside our control

We will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations where this results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include significant technical failures, internet or telecommunications failures, cyber incidents, third-party platform outages, natural disasters, government action or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact and resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.

23. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product, order or service, please contact us first:

info@innovationbeautypro.co.uk

We will try to understand the issue and resolve it reasonably.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any statutory rights available to you.

24. Privacy and personal data

Our processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Notice.

Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in our Cookie Policy and managed through our cookie consent mechanism where required.

Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute consent to marketing, non-essential cookies or other processing for which separate consent is legally required.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, products, technology or legal requirements.

The version applicable to your purchase will normally be the version displayed on our website at the time you place your order, unless a change is required by law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

27. No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a right under these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived that right.

28. Governing law and jurisdiction

If you are a consumer, these Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, except to the extent that mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with additional rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in this section prevents you from relying on mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable consumer law.

If you are purchasing as a business, these Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and, subject to any mandatory applicable law, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
