You thought becoming an educator would elevate you to a respected and influential role in the beauty industry. You assumed it would lead to career advancement, helping you grow professionally since you don’t see yourself doing treatments forever. You also believed it would bring more stable and predictable income compared to salon work.

Continued Work as a Stylist: Despite your efforts, you still need to work as a stylist because your career as an educator isn’t generating enough income to be sustainable on its own. This means you haven’t been able to transition fully into the educator role as you had hoped.

Visibility Struggles: The beauty industry is highly competitive, and you’re finding it difficult to make a name for yourself as an educator. With so many others offering similar courses, standing out has proven to be a major challenge.

Earnings Discrepancy: Your courses aren’t bringing in the revenue you anticipated. In fact, you’re earning more money from providing beauty treatments to clients than from teaching. This discrepancy has made it hard to justify the time and effort spent on developing and delivering courses.

Marketing Challenges: Attracting students to your courses has been harder than expected. Effective marketing requires significant effort and expertise, and you’re struggling to reach your target audience and convince them of the value of your training programs.

Time Management Issues: Balancing your responsibilities as a stylist and an educator is proving to be overwhelming. Preparing lessons, marketing your courses, and teaching all require significant time and energy, leaving you feeling stretched thin.

Financial Uncertainty: Unlike the more predictable income from salon work, the income from your educator role is inconsistent. Some months you have a good number of students, while other months are slow, causing financial stress.

Lack of Support: You’ve found that transitioning to an educator role comes with little support or guidance. Navigating this role by yourself is overwhelming.

Emotional Toll: The pressure to succeed in a new role, combined with the setbacks and challenges you’ve faced, has taken an emotional toll, leading to stress and self-doubt about your decision to pursue a career as an educator.

This reality is far from what you envisioned, making it clear that becoming a successful educator involves overcoming many unexpected hurdles.

This reality highlights the importance of mentorship in navigating your career. Drawing from my extensive experience travelling the world with courses and participating in industry events, I understand the struggles firsthand. That’s why I offer mentoring to provide the guidance and support I wish I had during my own challenges.

Mentorship offers a second perspective and invaluable insights. As the Polish saying goes, “two heads are better than one.” Meaning It's an advantage of having multiple perspectives or people working together to solve your problems and choose the best way for your business. If you:

- Seek strategic guidance,

- Want to tap into experience and knowledge for success,

- Aim to avoid pitfalls and focus on vital goals,

- Need motivation during tough times,

A mentor can be the key to your success, offering advice, support, and motivation to help you effectively grow your business.

Imagine having a seasoned expert by your side, guiding you through every step of your career transition, helping you avoid common pitfalls, and empowering you to achieve your goals with confidence. That's precisely what my online mentoring program offers.

How It Works:

1. Personalised Guidance: We'll kick off with a one-on-one consultation to understand your unique challenges, goals, and aspirations. From there, we'll develop a personalised roadmap tailored to your needs.

2. Strategic Planning: Together, we'll map out strategic plans to enhance your visibility, attract more students, and maximise your earning potential. Whether it's refining your course offerings or optimising your marketing strategies, I'll provide actionable insights to propel you forward.

3. Expert Advice: Benefit from my years of experience travelling the world with courses and participating in industry events. I'll share insider tips, best practices, and proven strategies to help you overcome obstacles and achieve success faster.

4. Ongoing Support: Our journey together doesn't end after our initial consultation. You'll have access to four regular check-ins (Q&A sessions) and 30 days unlimited voice message support to address any questions or concerns that arise along the way.

By investing in my mentoring program, you're not just gaining a mentor – you're gaining a trusted partner who is committed to your success. Together, we'll turn your dreams of becoming a respected educator into a reality.

Not Every Journey is the Same: Just like in law, not every lawyer becomes successful. To stand out, you need the right insights and guidance to become one in a million.
