Do you want to become an educator but don’t know where to start? Let me show you the way.

1. To begin, you must complete an accredited course on the topic you want to teach, lasting at least six months. For example, if you want to teach "Lash Extensions," you need to have completed an accredited qualification in this area within the last six months.

2. Additionally, you need Teaching Qualifications to teach legally in the UK and to obtain Teacher Insurance.

3. The next step is to prepare your training program and all necessary documentation to get formal recognition for your courses through Accreditation.

In this course, I will make your journey to becoming an educator super easy and smooth! The course is divided into three parts:

First Part: Teaching Qualifications

In the first part, you will obtain your ABTTQ teaching qualifications, which are accredited and insurable—essential for starting your career. Without this, you can’t proceed further.

This chapter covers the following units:

- Requirements and UK legislation

- Roles and responsibilities of a teacher

- Meeting the individual needs of your students

- Teaching approaches

- Assessment methods and types

- Micro-teaching sessions

Second Part: Course Accreditation

In the second part, I will teach you how to get your courses accredited, making them recognized and insurable. This chapter includes:

- The accreditation process

- Required documentation for formal recognition

- Step-by-step guidance to get your course approved

After completing these two chapters, you will have all the knowledge and qualifications needed to start your new journey as an educator. However, we offer further support in the third part of this course.

Third Part: Ongoing Mentoring

The third part of the course involves ongoing mentoring. You will have four meetings with our specialists Mariola Mikolajczyk, who will help you get everything ready to start your new career. We will prepare all the documentation together and support you throughout the process to ensure your course gets accredited.

Course Details

Duration:

The training takes six hours, from 11:00 to 17:00 (the time may change), plus four mentoring sessions (1st meeting: 1 hour; remaining three sessions: 30 minutes each). Meetings are scheduled on the first day of the main course.

Training Schedule:

11:00: First part of the course “ABTTQ Teaching Qualifications”

14:30 Micro teaching session

15:00: Half-hour lunch break

15:30: Second part of the course “Getting Formal Recognition”

17:00: Conclusion with ABTTQ Teaching Qualifications

Training Requirements:

You don’t need any prior teaching experience, but you need at least six months of experience in your profession and an accredited certification in your field of expertise (e.g., Brow, Lashes, Hair, Nails, etc.).

How to Book Your Training:

Choose the date and pay the deposit to secure your spot. All bookings and deposit payments should be made online through our booking system. Financing options like PayPal Pay in 3 are available.

Important Notes:

Before starting our session make sure to get ready and prepare a pen and notepad.If you attend the course in person at our academy, you don’t need to bring anything except a positive attitude and a relaxed mind to absorb knowledge easily. Lunch, snacks, and drinks will be provided. Please inform us of any food allergies or special dietary needs.

Terms and Conditions / Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to amend your booking, this policy outlines the process and terms for changing, rescheduling, or cancelling a booking with us. If you are unable to attend a training course, you have three options. You must inform us in writing at least two weeks before the event:

Send a Substitute: Someone else can attend the training in your place. Please notify us beforehand at info@innovationbeauty.co.uk.

Transfer to Another Course: You can transfer to any other course within the next 12 months. You can only transfer your booking once. If you do not attend the transferred course, you will be charged for non-attendance.

Cancel Your Place: If you inform us at least two weeks before the training date, you can cancel your place with no charge. If you do not cancel at least two weeks in advance, you will be charged the full training amount. An invoice will be sent, and payment must be made within 30 days.
